What are credits?
- Credits are the standard unit for measuring Skywork usageāthe more complex or time-consuming the task, the
more credits are required. They reflect the computing resources consumed during content generation, such as
processing power, memory, and server time.
Rules for credit consumption:
- During task execution, credit consumption mainly comes from three sources:
- Large Language Model calls (LLM Token): for task planning, intelligent decision-making, and
content generation.
- Cloud virtual machine resources: for file processing, browser automation, code execution, and
other computing capabilities.
- Third-party API access: for connecting to external service resources, such as financial data
or professional databases.
- The credits required for each task are dynamically calculated based on complexity and
duration.
It's important to note that credits are only consumed during task
processing. Storing, viewing, or deploying the completed results will not deduct credits, so users
don't need to delete completed tasks to save credits.
- If a task fails due to platform technical issues, the system will automatically refund all
consumed credits.
- If a task requires your takeover and you do not act within 10 minutes, the task will be automatically canceled
without refund.
- We continuously improve system performance to reduce credit consumption.
Credit estimation:
- When creating a task, the credit estimation feature can predict how many credits the task will consume. The
actual consumption after execution prevails, estimation serves only as reference;
- Canceling estimation midway still consumes attempts; failed estimations do not consume attempts;
Ways to obtain credits:
- Subscribing to Skywork membership grants corresponding member credits.
- If member credits are insufficient, users can purchase credit packages.
Credit validity:
- Free credits: granted by the system, check credit details for expiration.
- Paid credits:
- Membership credits are valid for 1 calendar month from the purchase date.
- Purchased credits are valid for 90 days from the purchase date.
Credit usage priority?
- Credits are used based on expiration time, with those expiring sooner used first
- If expiration times are the same, credits are used based on priority: free credits > subscription credits > purchased credits
